I had a great experience at this optical! Ashley was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the right glasses for me. The service was quick, easy, and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place, especially if you get the chance to work with Ashley!
Infinity Eye Care and Optical Clinic is outstanding. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, and they carry some of the most comfortable kids’ frame brands, options that are hard to find elsewhere. Dr. Nguyen is amazing. Our 8 year old struggled with heavy glasses and still couldn’t see well, but Dr. Nguyen recommended contact lenses and patiently taught her along with her wonderful assistant, how to put them in and take them out. Even with a special, large size prescription, they made it work. Our daughter can now see perfectly, and the relief and confidence this gave her is priceless. We are so grateful to have found this clinic and highly recommend them.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best eye doctor experience we’ve ever had! From start to finish, the entire team at the new Katy office was amazing. They guided us through every step and explained everything clearly and in full detail. Dr. Nguyen Hoa was wonderful. She did great with both of my girls and took the time to explain their eye prescriptions thoroughly. She even walked with us to the front and helped us pick out the perfect glasses while making sure we stayed within our insurance coverage for the best possible benefit. She is incredible with kids, and honestly, the entire staff at the Katy location is just as amazing. Highly recommend!
Dr. Tran was a amazing! The doctor gave me a very well detailed exam. The staff helped me pick out a pair of glasses and sun glasses. They even helped me with my insurance and gave me a little help with my second pair of glasses. I truly enjoyed my experience at this office very clean and clear with pricing
