I have UFT, and I had a wonderful experience at Infocus Eye Care. They had an amazing selection of glasses with my plan, however, I decided to purchased separate glasses outside my plan. All in budget price! I’ve been coming here for years & never had a problem. In & Out within an hour! Love this place!

I had a wonderful experience here! The entire team is professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality eye care!
This place is family. I’ve been a patient here for years and walking in feels like coming home. Myra at the front desk is the kindest she remembers you, she listens, and she makes everything easy. But it’s not just her. The whole staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely cares. The eye doctor takes their time, explains everything clearly, and never rushes you. And I always get the glasses I need — the right fit, the right style, no pressure. If you want an eye doctor’s office where you’re treated like a person, not a number, this is it. Thank you to Myra and the entire team for making eye care feel this good. And new manager is extremely kind and supportive to his staff.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had my eye exam on April 6, 2026, and it’s now July 21, 2026, and I still don’t have my glasses. When I went to the office on July 8 because I hadn’t received a call, I was told my glasses weren’t ready because they were waiting for the right lens. I was then told I could pick them up on July 20. On July 20, I called before going to the office and was told I had to wait another one to two weeks because they were still waiting on the lens. Then on July 21, I called again and was given a completely different explanation—that they now have the lens but are waiting on the glasses themselves. I’ve received conflicting information every time I’ve contacted the office, and no one seems to know the actual status of my order. It’s been over three months since my exam, and I still don’t have my glasses. To make matters worse, they refused to give me a refund, even though they have repeatedly failed to deliver my glasses or provide accurate updates. The lack of communication, inconsistent explanations, refusal to issue a refund, and excessive delay are completely unacceptable. I expected much better customer service and transparency throughout this process. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.
I’m so happy to be back at InFocus Eyecare Brooklyn! Unfortunately, my previous experience under the old management was very disappointing. The manager was consistently rude, unprofessional, and never treated customers with kindness or respect. I purchased an expensive pair of Cartier glasses, and when they became damaged shortly after, she refused to help or offer an exchange. Because of that experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere. The only reason I came back is because Mayra is back, and she has completely changed my experience. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about her customers. She goes above and beyond to help in every way possible and always has a positive attitude. Customer service like hers is hard to find, and she is a huge asset to the office. Thank you, Mayra, for making me feel valued as a customer again!
