Although I had to wait a while to be called back, it was worth it. Thorough testing and informative. Really nice office. They seemed very busy, but staff were all pleasant. My glasses arrived within in the time frame of 7 to ten days and the glasses are great!

Front desk is great. New Dr. Is great. The rest, I have tolerated for as long as possible, even though the rest of the family moved on to another VSP provider. Michael tries to trick you into buying expensive glasses even when you have stated you only want frames covered by your insurance. That horrible old lady who now has hideous red hair is the absolute worse. She tries to talks down to you and repeats herself constantly. There was an issue with a co-pay for high index lenses changing constantly. It was like pulling teeth to get a straight answer regarding a few past payments that THEY charged incorrectly and seem to want ME to now pay, after the fact. Trust was completely lost in that moment that she wanted me to pay $119 before I had even picked out a frame. It was actually quite sad how she kept correcting me when I would say $50, instead of $54. Like, she REALLY needed that extra $2. If you make a mistake, own it and eat the difference. Don't try and nickel & dime a loyal customer. I walked out and will NOT be returning.
Honestly the last time i got my glasses i did it through medical it took about a month because they were free and go to the prison to be made. Its a process but i actually brought my own frames and they did the lenses it took about 2 weeks to get my glasses but i paid for those. But im the type of person to bug and call consistently. The doctors that attended me were good and front desk too. Maybe it has change but it is an older type business.
Receptionist is nasty, clearly over heard her saying she was sick and before that she was rubbing her nose with her fingers and touching everything. Including my prescription that I am supposed to get back after. This is how germs spread people. That is so crazy, and not a damn hand sanitizer in site!
Such a disappointing change. This has been the only optometrist I've seen since moving to San Bernardino as a teenager and I've watched as the service declined. My last appointment was December 2 and I'm still waiting for glasses despite being told in January that they'd be in by the end of that month. Office manager is a rude little woman that is extremely prejudiced and aggressive, almost like she wants someone to hit her for workers comp or retirement. Had to rush order a pair of glasses online as my old prescription was causing headaches. Despicable service and it seems to be based on disdain for the demographic that they serve. Such a disappointment to see and experience.
