I had an excellent experience at Inland Optometric Associates. The entire team was welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about their patients. The office is well-organized, and the level of care I received exceeded my expectations. Dr. Mai makes going to the optometrist a pleasant experience. Her office is clean and she's very polite and considerate. I appreciate how she is very clear and transparent about pricing. I also trust her with the elders in my family! She's hilarious and they love her.

I've explored five different offices in the IE area, and Inland Optometry and Dr. Nguyen continues to come out on top for patient care, friendly prices, and expertise. Highly recommend if you need a patient-forward doctor who knows her shit and makes time to walk you through the entire process. If you're in the IE area, save yourself the trouble and go here.
