I just gave this place a second chance on basis of my last experience with them like two years ago , which was not very pleasant. However they got me back with their best phone appointment Front desk welcoming Going through very clearly the insurance policy They were not at all pushy What ever I wanted they agreed to provide Here I will must mention Alisha ,super sweet person to explain insurance and with cost estimates Ivy , helping with checking out , kept it simple and easy and not at all making it too pushy to sell different random stuff. And yes DOP, Ms. Jessica very intelligent and attentive to answer all your questions and very thoroughly check her patients. I am Happy and Back 🙂

Dr. Murakami is an excellent eye doctor. She is incredibly thorough and taking her time to explain the condition of my eyes and answer all my questions that is easy for me to understand. My family and I has been going to her clinic for over 15 years. The staff are welcoming, efficient and professional. They make sure my prescription was perfectly tailored to my needs. The office was clean, modern, and well organized, which made my visit smooth and stress free. Highly recommendable.

We love Foothill Optometric Center! We have been coming in regularly for 6 years. My kids have been seen throughout their lives and feel very comfortable. The doctors are amazing! They talk to my kids at their level which I love. The front desk is welcoming! They are great at communication and problem solving. Recently my son’s frames broke and thankfully were under warranty. The bummer was that they were discontinued. I got a call from the front desk immediately telling me the issue and we came back to have him pick a new pair: I never have to wait-we are called back within 10 mins of our appointment time. We are very happy with this office and will continue to come back for years to come!

The frame‑selection process was not only painless — it was genuinely fun. A huge shout‑out to Celi, who made finding the perfect frames effortless. She offered spot‑on options, listened to exactly what we wanted, and guided us with so much care and expertise. She truly went above and beyond, exceeding every expectation.
