I had a wonderful experience at Miami Eye Institute with Dr. Inna Ozerov Dr. Ozerov was incredibly thorough and professional throughout my entire visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out to me was how friendly and personable she was. I had previously gone to another eye doctor and wasn’t happy with the results, which led me to seek an alternative. I’m so glad I chose to come here. The care and attention I received truly made a difference; my issue was properly addressed, and I feel so much better now. Please do not wait for better vision like I did! I did not realize how poor my vision had become with these cataracts. Dr Ozerov is gentle and fabulous and so is her staff. Everything about this ophthalmology office is great! Also, same with Memorial Surgi Center! I rate both as high as I possibly can. Great experiences! Thank you

I have gone to many eye doctors over the years. It is rare to find a practice that is as well organized and equipped with the latest technologies as Miami Eye Institute. Dr. Ozerov and her staff meticulously perform a complete series of tests to fully determine the eyes health. In my case followup care was required. Dr. Ozerov and Igor the Office Manager were quick to respond to my every need. I could not recommend a practice more highly.

She once was a great doctor but now she doesn't want to listen to patients . She over talks you and doesn't let you ask the questions that are concerning for you. She also pushes the procedures she wants to do on you rather than letting you make the choice you feel like is right for you. I initially loved that she was a girl doctor because we need more but the success might have clouded her. I miss how compassionate she use to be. Now it's like she doesn't have time for you when you're paying to see her. It's crazy and this is a true review there's a few on here that says the same thing I'm saying. She shuts down things that you tell her after she does a procedure on you . You'll say a complaint and she won't listen she'll initially just say well that's not the cause even if you didn't have the problem before her procedure.
