Wow, the ladies were so professional! They were helpful, but also very quick. The place was really welcoming while we waited for my glasses to be fixed. We had a lovely chat with the front desk ladies. They answered all our questions and even helped me keep my granddaughter entertained. I’m definitely coming back for my eye needs. Thanks again, ladies! It was such a wonderful meeting, and it was a pleasure to just walk in and find you.

I have been going to Belleville Optometry for more than 10 years now and highly recommend them. My visit today was a bit different as it was the first time visiting them since being diagnosed as a T2 diabetic. This involves getting a more invasive and in depth examination. The staff explained all the steps through out the entire process and everything went very smoothly. When it came time to pick out my glasses, I must give THREE Thumbs up to Donna who was not only highly knowledgeable regarding the different options available for both prescription sun glasses as well as transition lense glasses. But also extremely patient in answering my questions and my numerous changes in the glasses and options I finally decided to go with. From the administrative assistants, to the technicians, to the Doctors; they were all very friendly and did an outstanding job. I have always been highly pleased with the care I have received there and very highly recommend them.
