The staff is very friendly and helpful. No long waits to see the Dr. Doctors explain what you needs to make your vision better. They are very good and let you know you matter to them. I've had my cataracts removed and it was an Amazing experience! The nurses are exceptional! I'm so happy I'm going there! It's a great place to have eye care. I highly recommend them!

This place is shit. The wait you have wait to even be seen is ridiculous. Literally double booking apts for an extra bill. Let’s not forget about the ignorant nurses that ignore the patients when the patients are asking about the wait

I came here (the Swansea location) because I needed to see someone sooner than my usual office (Not Quantum) could get me in. It was useful for that purpose only, and I would not go back. If you come here expect to wait. The wait in the first(!) waiting room is long. Then you wait in a dim office for a nurse or assistant. The wait is long. After being seen there, you are moved to another waiting room you can’t see from outside with a narrow single entrance. The wait is long. In my case, I waited for a nurse/assistant to run a routine test. After that was complete she walked off without explaining that another nurse was taking over to run another test. I waited plenty for that, too. They left me in the little closet they run the tests in until a new face came to collect me, run that aforementioned second test at another location, and then wait for the doctor in yet another side office. I can only imagine all this moving and waiting is to disguise the long line of people waiting to be processed. Meat on a conveyor belt. Then I had my brief encounter with the doctor. He glanced at my eyes and told me they look perfect and sent me on my way. The only issue is I know I have a visible problem with one of my eyes that usually prompts a long warning about detached retinas. Not this time, though. I didn’t argue because I already knew I wasn’t coming back. It had taken long enough there, and I was very ready to leave. Look forward to hearing from them again! At checkout the receptionist needed to call another department or corporate or something for the correct amount to bill, which I paid in full, and signed the invoice. Of course, months later they still sent me a bill asking for more money which I’m currently fighting them about. These people do not value your eyes, or your time. Only your wallet. I know this is the case with most doctor’s offices, it’s just that it is on full naked display in this place.

The staff is great!! The Drs are great! But making an appointment at 8:15 and waiting over an hour for a less than 5 minute visit is absurd!! You book appointments 5 minutes apart but the steps until you actually see the Dr takes 20-40 minutes WHY??? You think our time is less valuable than yours???? Better rethink that policy as your customers pile up in the waiting room, each wondering what is taking so long?? Treat each of us the respect you expect us to give your staff!!

If you enjoy waiting for long periods of time, well past your appointment, then this is the office for you. An appointment that should perhaps take around an hour to an hour and a half will most likely take you at least four hours. The waiting area will be completely overcrowded and noisy. Scheduling is usually a bit of a nightmare. It is quite obvious the administrative side of the office needs a total rework as to how their staff operates (who is available for what, how many jobs they are doing, when is appropriate to step away from the desk and when isn't, etc.). Their books also need a severe re-examination as well so that appointments are staggered more appropriately so there aren't such incredibly long wait times. It's bad enough to have anxiety, but then to have to sit for hours in an environment that's extremely challenging to that just compounds the issue. I wouldn't have an issue with all of this if it wasn't the case EVERY TIME I go in. Sure, every office will have a bad day, errors happen, but this is the norm and has been for years. Today I arrived for an 8:45 appointment and was told the doctor still wasn't even there yet, and there were 'many' patients ahead of me so on top of the probable two or so hours I was going to be there originally, it was going to be an additional approximate hour and a half. I do not and did not have the time to give up for that. Having said all of that, I do at least want to mention that once you are finally taken to the back the rest seems to go smoothly, the techs are wonderful, and the providers are professional while also taking the time to ensure you understand what their findings are and what the treatment options are. It's a shame to have to give up that quality of care because the administrative side of the office can't get itself together. After today, I will be seeking a different company/provider for my eye care.
