Victoria and Naudia and Chelsea I’m not sure if I have the names correct of the young ladies that helped me their attitude toward me never changed. They were consistent with giving me great service for that I say thank you. Their customer service was nothing short of outstanding—professional, patient, and attentive to every detail. They took their time with me, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my selection. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It’s rare to experience service like this these days, and they absolutely delivered excellence from start to finish. If you’re in the area and need eye care or new frames, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Naudia and Victoria—you won’t be disappointed! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. I truly appreciate you!

Eyeglasses provide the lenses you view the world through and help form first impressions when meeting new people because many make first, quick judgements based on how you look. For example, do your eyeglasses help present you in the way you want to be seen, such as smarter, more professional, confident, and/or creative? Just as important, eyeglasses quality and comfort also significantly impact long-term eye health and your pocketbook. These are major reasons why it’s so crucial to choose wisely when selecting both an eyecare provider and retailer. This is why my wife and I performed extensive research to include visiting 13 eyeglass retailers and reading a lot of online information to include reviews. We ultimately ended up selecting LensCrafters (in Fairview Heights) because they offer topnotch eyecare; an extensive selection of high-quality eyewear; very friendly, highly professional staff with extensive expertise, and a satisfaction guarantee. Inside of this LensCrafters location is a Reed Eye Care Center where we both received a very thorough eye exam--to include Optos retinal imaging for helping assess eye health to include early disease detection. Dr. Matthew Falconer (and his Reed teammates) provided us top-notch friendly and professional care from start to finish. The Reed facilities were also very clean and it looked like they were using very modern, extensive diagnostic equipment. As a full-time data analyst, as well as a part-time student pilot, my eyeglasses need to support a variety of uses requiring different focal points; so, I went in knowing I needed four pairs of eyeglasses making this a very challenging purchase to meet my diverse needs. Both Liz and Eryn provided much-needed friendly and professional service in helping me select eyewear that would best meet my needs. It was obvious they both had tremendous expertise throughout the whole purchasing/fulfillment process to include making sure all 4 pairs were a proper fit. All that said, I did have some anticipated problems in getting all the different prescriptions (I have bifocals) just right because of my complex requirements. This is why the satisfaction guarantee was so important, and both Reed Eyecare and LensCrafters followed through with it ensuring my satisfaction of this important eyewear investment. Thank you Liz, Eryn, Dr. Falconer, and their teammates for providing such outstanding service!!!
When shopping for glasses for my fiance, Meredith (ofallon location), was wonderful. She also helped when picking out a pair of sunglasses. She has wonderful customer service and has a way to make you feel comfortable! Thank you Meredith
I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters thanks to Liz, the store manager. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Liz helped me purchase two pairs of Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 glasses — one regular prescription pair and one prescription sunglasses — and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. She went above and beyond with her service, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. If you’re shopping for glasses, I highly recommend this LensCrafters location and especially Liz. Truly exceptional service!
