REED Eye Care Center

I had a wonderful experience at Reed Eye Care Center. From the receptionist to the intake staff, and the young lady who performed my eye imaging, everyone was professional, kind, and welcoming. Dr. Reed is absolutely amazing. She took the time to sit down with me and thoroughly explain everything about my comprehensive exam and my dry eye syndrome. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood my condition and treatment options. Dr. Reed truly sets the standard for patient care. She is so knowledgeable and compassionate — other eye care offices could definitely learn from the way she treats her patients. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked into the Reed eyecare center. It was a pleasant experience. Each person was professional and very kind from the front desk where there are two Assistance answering phone calls answering your questions and handling each part of it then onto the test this assistant that runs all the eye exams. The pre-eye exams was funny, helpful, and kind. I didn’t get all their names but they they are a great addition to the ophthalmologist. He was very kind. Helpful answered any questions. The whole experience was wonderful. Explain things just I can’t say anything negative it was all a positive experience and that’s why I continue going and that’s why I could continue telling my friends because it’s a wonderful place. It’s in O’Fallon Illinois and I can’t say enough about it.

I have been searching for a new eye Dr. since mine retired. Each visit has been a disappointment until yesterday. I had a very thorough exam with exceptional dialogue regarding Dr Reed’s findings. Personable, knowledgeable and thorough is hard to find in 2026. I’ll be returning along with scheduling my husband. I believe we finally found reputable care. Thank you!

I have been receiving my eye exams here ever since they were in the St. Clair Mall and I will continue to come back. The doctors are so nice and knowledgeable! I know that I am in good hands no matter who I see, they are awesome! Plus, it is super convenient having Lens Crafters connected. It’s a one stop shop with all the latest and greatest styles.
