I love the service art this location! Bayleigh was great! She made sure that I got the best price on my second pair of glasses after my insurance pricing on the first pair. Everyone that I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. I will always go there for my exam and glasses.

I am very upset😡😡😡. I have always be a loyal customer. It has been 3 weeks and still waiting on my contacts. I contacted the Collinsville store about this 3 times. They just kept saying oh they are on back order they will arrive next week. Well here it is 3 weeks later and the store has closed. It says to contact the Fairview Heights store as I did but it is also closed. I just need to find out how to get my money back and my insurance so I can go somewhere else.
“Hands down the best place to go for glasses! 🤓 The staff was incredibly friendly, and Heather Santos went above and beyond to help me find the perfect frames for my face and pick a color for my transition lenses (I didn’t even know they came in different colors!). Definitely stop in if you need an eye exam or new glasses!
Excellent eye doctor, very thorough and professional. The employee that handled the ordering and insurance was very helpful and efficient. I was very impressed.
