America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I was very displeased with the doctor. The receptionist and other staff were very sweet and great but the doctor did not even introduce himself nor take his time. He spent 5 minutes or less in the room doing his exam with me and then instructed me to wait for the front to check me out. He did not discuss any eye test results I had done that I also paid extra for. I have never been to a clinic where the doctor did not talk about my eye health or glasses/contact options. This was incredibly unprofessional in my opinion. Not only was the doctor unprofessional, I also waited 20 minutes to be seen by him when I showed up well before my exam time. I totally understand running behind as I have worked in the medical field but I did not appreciate the lack of communication. I paid far more than what I typically would have anywhere else and wasn’t even happy with my experience, interaction or the contacts they do have available. The doctor did not discuss contact options with me at all therefore I feel uncomfortable with what I walked out with paying and receiving. I will not be returning business with this doctor.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my 1130 appointment. The young lady at the front welcomed me and checked me in. At 12:25, I was finally acknowledged and taken back for my pre exam. That exam took approximately 15 minutes. It took over an hour after the pre exam before I was taken to the room for the actual eye exam. This exam was sheduled to be a remote exam at 1130. In total it took almost 3 hours for a simple eye exam. No one acknowledged that they were behind schedule, no one apologized or even mentioned the 3 hr wait. This was the longest I've had to wait for an eye exam anywhere, and it was by far the worst experience I've had at any eye exam or eyeglasses appointment. Each time I go to America's Best the service has gradually gotten worse and the wait time has gotten longer. I will not return to this business.

Loved all the folks here especially Ms Larissa and Olivia, made me feel welcomed and I enjoyed both of there spirit and enthusiasm.

Absolutely terrible location. One person says one thing as far as discounts, another tells you another. The staff sit around talking while you’re waiting to be checked in. The 2/3 frames were discontinued. Took over an hour to be checked out for the frames. All while an employee was on break for over an hour. Nobody in the store knew what to do until the employee decided to return from break. Spent over 900$ on frames/lenses for them to cheat me out my 40%. Definitely will be choosing a different location with educated more professional staff. My Zenni glasses came faster with followed through promises! Kiddos had appointments at 5:20 and 5:30. Still here, neither seen! Already had to reschedule both appointments because doctor is not here this day nor that day. Every time I would come in store for issue was told I’d have to come back while someone was in store to help. And, when voiced part of my issue was told What’s the issue, you said the person was nice. Had to just pick a lenses option, staff in store couldn’t explain the differences. Never again.

My husband went here to get contacts and the woman was very rude to him. Will not be doing business with them again.
