Excellent customer service! Dr. Dust was incredibly thorough and spent a lot of time helping refine the prism needed for my glasses. I will definitely see her again. Also, they had a great selection of frames and a very friendly staff!

I appreciate the time Dr. Cuff spent making sure I am in the correct prescription. He was very thorough and even suggested some nutritional support for good eye health. I also appreciate his office staff which also spent much time helping me make the best choice in glasses. I especially am pleased that they never rush… giving you full attention to your needs. They were very welcoming even though I was not feeling well upon my visit. They offered water and candy in case it was my diabetes acting up. The receptionist upon check-in asked me to sit and she came to me and continued with the check in process. I apologize I don't remember her name. Dr.Cuff as always was very thorough with his assessment and explained the whole process as he was going. Thank you for all of the kindness and understanding from the staff.

Staff is very pleasant and Dr Cuff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Lauren has wonderful people skills. I wish I could remember the technician who assisted with my choice of glasses cause she is wonderful. However, my follow-up visit the receptionist seated in the middle of two others was not as pleasant nor is the person to her right that ordered my contact.

The doctor is the best I've ever had. He has the best bed side manner and answered all my questions. He took the time out to hear what was going on with my vision. I won't go anywhere else.
