We had not had this Dr before. He was very good, and personable. But the star is (I think her name is Michelle?). She took care of the rest. So nice, so knowledgeable. I think she's been there since I started coming there, or shortly after, just keeps getting better.
Explained everything so poorly that there were charges that weren’t mentioned. We went in expecting insurance to cover it as they assured us it would. Insurance did not cover it. They then wouldn’t let us leave untill we made a choice about if we still wanted service and were very pushy trying to sell us on their services. I understand why they have high reviews but to me, they seem like they make plenty of money and prey on those they deem as less fortunate.
They're awesome.. my second year going but never any issues. Optometrists are great and the office staff are great.. Michelle is awesome and so is the other lady I just forgot her name 🤣 if you're looking for an optometrist and they're accepting, I wouldn't dissuade you.
I had a wonderful experience. Everything was explained and he stopped several times to see if I had any questions. I feel confident in going forward with my treatment.
New patient. Greeted immediately upon arrival. Completed paperwork and was called back in just a few minutes. After tests Doctor saw me immediately. Whole process was quick and efficient. Staff was helpful and friendly. Happy patient.
