Dr. Nataliya Yakovleva and all her staff are true professionals in every sense of the word. They are thorough, knowledgeable, clearly informative, have a keen interest in understanding my eyes and vision needs, friendly and never rushed. As a new patient my visit was such a pleasant experience from the moment I entered the building. With each member of staff I saw -3 staff- I was made to feel that my eye care and comfort was their priority. Dr Yakovleva thoroughly explained everything about dry eye so clearly and did not make me feel rushed in understanding what she was saying giving me plenty of suggestions to help the problem. She clearly explained the amazing pictures that were taken of the inside of my eyes. She also very clearly explained how my vision would be if I were to use contact lenses. Her knowledge and experience was so comforting and helped me make sensible decisions. I am excited to receive my new glasses and lenses when they come in. The Optician, Rachel, was very helpful and patient in giving suggestions and explanations of the various frames and lenses. Thank you all.
