Insight Eyecare and Optical

This was my first visit, and I truly appreciated the level of care, kindness, and thoroughness from Dr. LaRue. Everything was smooth from check-in until I left my appointment. I will definitely be returning and have already added appointments for my kids. Dr. LaRue explained everything clearly so I could fully understand, paused to ask if I had questions, and provided helpful next steps for preventative care. She was very personable and didn’t make me feel like she was just “doing her job.” She took her time with me, and the visit never felt rushed. The nurse who completed the exams was also kind and explained each test and what it was for. The front desk staff was personable as well, ensuring I had my next appointment scheduled and helping me book visits for all three of my kids. Overall, I will definitely be returning!

As a disabled veteran, I truly appreciate finding a local business that genuinely treats people with care and respect. I came in with a brand-new pair of glasses that were giving me a severe headache because they didn't fit right. The optician here was absolutely awesome. She didn't rush the process at all—she took her time making multiple precise adjustments and had me try them on after each one to ensure the fit was absolutely perfect. It was a completely calm, stress-free experience, and my glasses finally fit flawlessly and pain-free. I felt the need to leave this review because my experience at this optical truly exceeded my expectations as a first time patient here. I went in for an eye exam today and from the moment I walked in I was greeted promptly and went in for a pre-check right away before the exam. I also have to add I did come in with my two kids who are 4 and 6 years old and they noticed right away there were toys for them to play with while we wait. The pre-check was smooth and somehow my kids being there with me never once felt stressful since everyone was so pleasant and kind to them even though my kids were in and out the room a lot during my exam. Every single person who works here ultimately are super helpful, delightful and amazing individuals and the doctor herself was amazing I believe her name was Betty!

The staff was helpful and efficient. I was seen at my appointment time with no waiting. Dr LaRue was thorough and explained everything in detail and made sure that all my questions were answered. She listened to my concerns and spent the time necessary to make me feel comfortable. I have comfortable and confident with her. I would definitely recommend Insight.

I walked in Stanton Optical and was greeted by the amazing Joaris! We were vacationing in FL for my son’s 10th birthday when he lost his glasses on a ride at Disney. I was devastated because he is very near sited and how can he go to these amusement parks with out being able to see clearly! Well Joaris and Yarelix came to the rescue with same day pair of prescription glasses for my 10yr old son in 30mins!!!! Thank you both for saving the day with amazing care and customer service! I highly recommend Stanton Optical!
