OVERPRESCRIBED PRESCRIPTION on CONTACTS AND GLASSES. PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE MANAGEMENT. This will be a negative review for Invision Sight in Gardner. On July 15th, I had my contacts ordered for the year supply. My prescription was -1.5 on the Left Eye and -2.0 on the Right Eye. I was given a trial like they usually give ALL patients. I did not have any symptoms of discomfort during the time I was trialing. After Week 2-3, I began developing a Headache. I was booked for my appointment a week after I had called. In the meantime, I had to use my old prescription for work and my headaches had dissolved. Fast forward to my appointment I was re-prescribed - 1.25 on the Left Eye and -1.00 on the Right Eye. Complications on OVERPRESCIPTION according to the FDA on CONTACT can be eye swelling, VISION LOSS, INCREASED blurred vision, possible INFECTION, and more. I wouldn't be as concerned if they overprescribed by -0.25, but they were over prescribing by -1.0. I talked with management about reordering my YEAR WORTH SUPPLY and they did NOT want to re-order me the full year supply because this supposedly was NOT THEIR FAULT. Management CONTINUOUSLY kept mentioning that they couldn't order me the supply due to INSURANCE and because the company would LOSE MONEY. I kept repeating myself I do not have insurance. It does not make sense to order the year supply and them not have the ability to replace my year supply. I even returned all my supply and management would not accept it. Management progressively began to become PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. If something were to happen where they miss prescribe you/etc. Management and their team will try to clean their hands and not blame it on themselves for their ERRORS. DR. PENA OVERPRESCRIBED AND DR. MARTINEZ CORRECTED the prescription. I don't know the "manager" name but can say she is about 5'4'', full-bodied, middle age female with red head. Hope this helps! And please avoid this place.
