Insightful Eyecare

I've been looking for a new optometrist and a friend referred me to Dr. Pamela at Insightful Eyecare. From making an appointment, getting my insurance squared away, to getting checked, Dr. Pam was the best. Her assistant, Adreanna, gave a me a call the day before to make sure they were in my insurance's network, and she got me all set up with the initial screenings when I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Pam was so friendly and thorough in checking my eyes, and she even took the time to show me my Optos Retinal images and walk me through what I was looking at. She was so easy to talk to and I really enjoyed her optometry puns (very punny haha). I'll definitely be recommending her to friends and family. Quick tip: The office is located inside Sam's Club, but Insightful Eyecare has their own parking and entrance if you drive to the left side of Sam's Club's building! You'll see a little alley between Sam's Club and Walmart. Just drive to the back past the Tire Installation and the office will be on your right. Thanks again Dr. Pam and Adrianna!

Dr. Pamela Ng is the best Optometrist out there. Very thorough, caring and takes her time with you. It’s not just an eye exam it’s your vision for a better quality of life. She diagnosed a very thick cataract that needed surgery and other’s before her missed or didn’t care enough or maybe didn’t have the latest up to date technology she has. But she ran the tests and made some life changing recommendations that a set of eyeglasses could no longer fix. I Thank her so much for being so good at what she does. I highly recommend her and no one else but her!

Dr Pam was very nice. Took great care of me. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Her front desk staff was very cordial. I will be using her from now on. Go check her out!!!

I had an excellent experience with Insightful Eyecare Colocated with the Centennial Hills Sam’s Club Optical Dept. Their entire staff and especially Dr. Ng are AAA++++! I have previously been a patient under Dr. Ng’s care since 2019 here in Las Vegas and I highly recommend her for her broad knowledge, thorough examinations, friendly attitude and professional skills. I will always choose her for my future eye exams.

Office is very convenient located inside Sam’s Club. The doctor’s assistance was very kind and efficient. She even helped me with information to file an out of network claim with my insurance since they do not accept it. Dr. Ng was very kind and knowledgeable and very thorough explaining everything related to my eye health and charges I may be experiencing due to being over 40 now. Great visit and will definitely return. Their cash price for the visit was very reasonable as well.
