Dr. Abby was very helpful. Staff not so much, need to work on their people skills. This was my very first visit. When I walked through the front door for my appointment, before I got one word out, I was met with a nasty look and a heavy sigh. It only got worse from there. The condescending tone with everything that was said after that was very unwelcoming. And I was nice the entire time, despite how I was being treated. Not sure what prompted the staffs behavior?! But when you work at a job were you interact with customers, you'd better act like its the happiest day of your life! Definitely won't go back or recommend them. Do yourself a favor take you money elsewhere.

Great staff, never any issues. I look forward to my appointments and know that I'll be well taken care of. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Great experiences every time. Thanks guys!

Get service. We had 2 slots 9am and 10am. We also had a 1030 appointment somewhere else that I had to get my husband too, they were able to squeeze us both into the same appointment slot. They did a great job on our exams, Quick, straight forward questions and polite as well. Got our glasses back within a week.

This place is amazing! Every single person who works there was very helpful and made the experience painless for my kiddos who both got their first pair of glasses. I highly recommend them! The gal who does the initial screening part is hilarious!

Doctor Abby is magnificent, she genuinely cares and conversates with you. The staff is so nice and welcoming and will totally hype you up while modeling glasses 🤓 love those ladies!
