Lock Family Eye Care

There aren’t enough words to say how much I appreciate that this eye care center took the time to check out a relatively minor eye issue and thoroughly explain what symptoms I need to look for and if it does occur again, what thresholds Ito then call them at. Honestly they deserve a 5.0 for their overall rating.

Our pediatrician recommended we get our child set up for an eye exam due to some concern’s. Dr. Lock and the whole team were extremely kind, caring and knowledgeable. After reading a few reviews, I made the decision to call their office. They had appointment availability the same week I called. Dr. Lock did a very thorough exam and found that our son will need glasses. He explained everything to our son and was very encouraging about how wearing glasses will help him.

Me and my family moved from Houston and this was the first eye doctor that we went to they are friendly pleasant and nice. They're always accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. Me and my family were a little sad that one of the receptionist is not at that location anymore. But DJ is always a big help whenever we go in he's always attentive to our needs and gives his professional opinion. That we value.

After referring us to a local Ophthalmologist group for our young daughter’s high eye pressures, the Ophthalmologist we saw evaluated her and then sent us back to Lock for continued monitoring. The Lock practice is currently keeping an eye on our young daughter’s eye pressures, routinely testing her to make sure that we don’t need more serious intervention. In addition, I recently had an eye exam and prescription update with Dr. Jenessa Lock. She was so intent on getting me the best prescription possible and was extremely thorough. She made me feel like a friend more than a patient. Both Lock doctors have earned our family’s trust and we will continue to support them and let our friends know of the outstanding care we continue to receive here.

Getting an appointment was very very easy and the check in process was a breeze. The staff were extremely kind and hospitable and welcoming. Dr. Lock took the time to explain everything that was going on with my eyes and what I could expect in the future. She was so encouraging and explained things in a way that I could understand them. This was a wonderful experience.
