The staff was great and the selection was extensive. Everyone was really helpful and the Smart Shopper screen was instrumental in our search, but we ended up purchasing the same frame somewhere else because their prices were more competitive.

Took my elderly mother in to get new frames and lenses. Paid a lot of money and staff kept messing up the measurements and after a second visit, we were told the new measurements didn't save in the system. Now, we are looking at a third visit when all we want is for my mother's glasses to be good for her to see out of. She's worn glasses for a long time, and this has never been an issue for any other store. I would avoid this location.
Kari and the team at Jordan Creek Mall are the true experts as it relates to quality of eyewear and a wide variety of highly fashionable frames and superior lenses! They are personable and caring for your needs! They will spend the time with you in order to ensure you have an experience and outcome that is beyond satisfactory! I highly recommend this team of experts of Lenscrafters at Jordon Creek Mall! All the best, S.V. DAVIS Lake Panorama, IA
I had a very disappointing experience at Craftlenses in Jordan Creek Town Center. I purchased a Dolce & Gabbana prescription frame after being told by the salesperson that if I chose the best lenses in the store (anti-reflective, anti-scratch, and blue light protection), I would receive 40% off the frame. I agreed because it sounded like a fair and attractive offer. After receiving the glasses, I noticed immediately that the lenses did not appear to be anti-reflective, as strong reflections are visible in every photo I take while wearing them. Today, I returned to the store to clarify the issue. Another salesperson checked my order in the system and confirmed that the lenses I received were NOT the top-tier lenses with all the features that had been promised. Despite this, I was told that nothing could be done to correct the situation. This experience left me feeling misled and unsupported as a customer. I trusted the information provided at the time of purchase and did not receive what was sold to me. I would advise future customers to double-check everything in writing before completing a purchase.
Purchased couple pairs of glasses from them received a really great deal, if you have insurance it's even better, the folks that work there know what they are doing.
