I had such an amazing experience at Geneva Optical Vision Center! Everyone there was so kind, energetic, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They really helped me with financial options and payments, which took so much stress off of me. They also helped me pick out glasses that actually fit my face and style, and they made the whole experience so fun. They kept saying they loved a fashion show, and their energy made me feel so confident and comfortable. The eye doctor was amazing as well very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Overall, such a great group of people and one of the best experiences I’ve had at an eye doctor. Highly recommend!

The staff is amazing, professional, and super friendly. Loved them from start to finish. The young ladies took the time to help me pick out the frames that worked for my giant head, lol. Then took EXTRA time to help do measurements on my new frames so that I could order fit over sun glasses because prescription sunglasses weren't in the budget at the time. AWESOME PLACE! they're my new eye place from now on.

I'm here in Geneva on a work tri0 for a week. My nose peice on my glasses got lost at the airport in Denver on my way out to Cleveland. It was super annoying sitting on my face. I stopped at Walgreens to get some, but ending up being the wrong kind. I thought about going to Walmart in Mentor when I get a chance, but kinda a PITA you know. I seen these folks online. I decided to stop in to see if they could help me. I was out in 5 minutes. They charged 10 bucks, I wish I would have went on Monday. Thanks for being awesome. You made my week! They sit better even. Best 10 bucks spent ever.

Dr. O’Brien and Dawn were both very helpful and friendly. Very happy we found them. They were also very friendly and helpful with my son whose has autism when getting his exam.

This is the place to go if you want excellent customer service, variety in vision needs, education on lenses/contacts/glasses, and help with the logistic from A to Z. Very grateful for Dawn and her team. I’ll be back for any further needs!
