Ordered glasses on 11/3/25. They were scheduled to be in within 7 days. They are still not in. Associate said some orders are from October are still not filled. They can give me no updates. They do not seem to care. One explanation I received was is ups plane crash delayed shipping. But they said they really have no explanation. Told me I should wait until Tuesday 11/25 and if they are not in they could try to reorder.

Don't get glasses here, if you want to be able to see I wouldn't recommend this place! Blurred vision 10 months now . And yes they have the prescription wrong PD 209.00 for nothing and the recheck weeks later was wrong too husband and wife both the Dr don't listen n rude. Mind you two years early took my grandson said he couldn't see out of his glasses I thought oh he just don't want to wear glasses . Well he was telling the truth wrong prescription!!

My son had his first exam and first experience picking frames. Doctor was great! The girl who checked us in was also very friendly. However, the older woman we had when picking out frames really upset me and turned my sons experience into a bad one. We left without the frames he really wanted even after I was willing to pay 100% out of pocket for it all. She basically grabbed a pair off the wall and decided for us. We felt rushed and disrespected. She expressed to her employees how hungry she was so it was obvious she just wanted us out so she can go to lunch. Very disappointed with the customer service. I guarantee if we had a different employee help us, my son would have left feeling like he actually got to choose what he wanted.

Brittany did an amazing job. She went above and beyond! Helped me with my new and old pair all on the same day!
