My experience with the team at Invision was outstanding! The technicians were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. My appointment started on time and everyone made sure I was given excellent care. Dr. Mann has been seeing me for years and he always provides me with a thorough examination and helpful feedback. I highly recommend Invision and the wonderful team when you need all things vision related.

Invision in Salem is a fantastic establishment! I went with some vision concerns after not having been to an eye doctor in probably 14 years. All of the staff was so kind, patient, and professional. They made the process smooth and easy. I have now seen Dr. Mann and Dr. Palmer and both were wonderful and very knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend Invision!

The service at Invision is always top notch! Every employee is professional, conversational, and pleasant! :) Dr. Scott Mann is by far the best medical provider I’ve ever seen. He is consistent, exceptionally kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and precise. I recommend Invision without reservation. Everyone was very nice and attentive. Dr. Mann was very thorough in his exam for contacts and glasses. He also really took his time in helping me problem solve different possibilities for my near and farsightedness. The women who helped me with finding new lenses, did a good job in explaining my choices. I also really enjoyed the coffee and water offerings and especially the beautiful worship music. Great experience.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Invision in Salem. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Every employee I spoke with was friendly, personable, and professional, and I somehow managed to share a laugh with just about everyone along the way. The entire experience felt comfortable and genuine while still providing excellent care. When I originally called to schedule my appointment, I explained that I wanted an eye exam, planned to purchase glasses, and also wanted to be fitted for contacts and possibly order those as well. There was almost a small mix-up near the end of my visit when it appeared the note about the contacts may have been missed, but that honestly didn’t change my opinion of the experience at all. As soon as they realized it, they took care of it and brought me back to get fitted and figure out what contacts would work best for me. I really appreciated how easily and professionally they handled it. Kierra was an absolute delight and honestly one of the highlights of my visit. She had such great energy, was incredibly welcoming, and made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. I found myself laughing and feeling completely comfortable from the start. Dr. Mann was very professional, thorough, and did a great job explaining everything clearly so I understood what was going on with my eyes and vision. Stephanie was also a tremendous help when it came time to choose my glasses. Picking frames can be a little overwhelming, but she helped me find the right ones and made the process easy and enjoyable. Great care, great people, and an atmosphere where I genuinely felt comfortable. I scheduled my next appointment for a year from now without hesitation, and I have no plans of going anywhere else for my eye care. Highly recommend Invision and the entire Salem team!
