I can’t say enough good about ALL the staff. We’ve seen ever doctor and dealt with every other staff member. My son Josiah injured his eye and we drive daily to Roanoke from Richlands to be seen. They’re so kind and so wonderful we have requested to be permanent patients with them. My son is 6 and cried when we left after being told he doesn’t have to come back. Not only were they so kind loving but everyone showed such compassion and concern over his eye injury. They helped him in every way they could and even called to check on him. To be honest I’m sad to not get to see their smiling faces daily myself. They was well worth the 3 hour drive and I’ll be glad to come back for regular appointments

Unfortunately, I have had too many appts cuz if the problems with my eyes. I have to say, I have never been more pleased to go to a doctor's office. The people are great. There are a couple at the front desk that aren't as fantastic as everyone else. The wait, no long at all, the person that takes you on before the doctor is excellent. Then you see the actual doctor, and she is super. You will not leave ignored, grumpy or have trouble parking.

I recently had my annual eye exam and was helped by Sara Graham. She was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and I was all set for Dr. Petersen. He too did a great job and helped me understand the changes that were happening with my vision. The entire staff from the “check in” to the “check out” were all professional and helpful.

My visit was amazing from the gentleman up front assisting my check in, Ashley Davis Brought me back she did such a thorough exam and she made me feel so at ease. I normally get a little anxious with the what is clearer one or 21212. She did it with such ease and I never told her that I had had that problem before, but she was easy to talk to and very sweet when she didn’t know something she asked me and she was very knowledgeable and I think you have a great employee in her. I hope she hears this because she is really a good tech. I think she’s excellent then I met my new doctor. Jackie was excellent as well. She came in and did one more test on me and she was so pleasant and you could tell she knows what she’s doing and then I met my doctor Andrews and she’s the sweetest can be very thorough and good recommendations and overall good experience by then went on to have my a picture of my knee MRI she was very sweet. I can’t remember her name but she’s I think it’s Amy. She does the pictures very knowledgeable. They showed me my picture. Gave me copies of the pictures anyway checking out. She was lovely. I didn’t have to wait. I would recommend this office to anyone. I appreciate their care and I look forward to the next visit really

We have been coming here every four months for the past four or five years. Dr. Darden is wonderful with my daughter. We love coming here. This time for the first time we got a rather large bill. I ran by there to settle up to figure out why we got a bill and it turned out my insurance wasn’t run. Crystal upfront was Incredible and courteous, helpful and thoughtful. She remembered my face and she remembered my daughter. She asked me about my daughter‘s health. She is an asset to the company because she made me feel cared about and she gave me incredible service, during a frustrating moment. Thank you, Crystal for your help today
