Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The ladies out front were so cheerful. The nurse that took me back was very sweet. I believe it was the doctors intern that first saw me, he was kind and listened closely to what I told him was going on. The doctors students were very patient, I had alot going on. Dr. Jones was very personable and had all my questions answered before I had the chance to ask. I feel I am in very capable hands and will have a quick recovery.

I fell and hurt my ankle badly this Monday. A friend of our family, who is a physician, saw the pics and immediately recommended this practice. He said—worst case scenario, they were properly equipped to diagnose and treat the injury without a long ED wait. They got me in, ex-rayed, evaluated, (ankle break & severe sprain), with a boot and crutches quickly. I’m sad I can’t drive for 2 weeks! But the staff was professional, friendly, compassionate, and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and family. I have a follow up appointment with an ankle specialist soon. Wish me luck!

Just completed my first experience with LewisGale orthopedic center. Staff was excellent. Clear, pleasant and helpful. Dr. Kennedy and staff made scheduling an appointment easy and they cared enough to offer openings that became available prior to original appointment. I arrived 40 minutes early and was seen 30 minutes early. Dr. Kennedy was knowledgeable, articulate, and thorough. I feel confident my surgery will be successful.

I was having pain in my knee and my neighbor had recently had knee surgery and highly recommended Dr Patterson. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor and his staff. He explained everything to me about my surgery and what is to be expected. I was so impressed with the kindness and the warmth that he projected. His staff is truly the best that I have ever encountered. I feel that I could not have found a better doctor to do my surgery anywhere. I trust that he will do a great job. I am so glad that he was referred to me.

Dr Patterson and his entire staff were such a delight to deal with. No pressure to have surgery immediately, but have it when I am ready. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
