Dr. Francis is very knowledgeable and can explain complex details in layman's terms. The office staff are professional and efficient. Communication skills are outstanding.
I had been going there for years. They do upsell on the glasses pretty hard. I stopped going because during a routine exam I mentioned I was going to a specialist at the VA for a stye and just having that conversation they coded my routine exam (covered by insurance) into medical code that cost me $250. I explained the issue and they just kept pointing the finger at the insurance company pretty unapologetically. The right thing to do would have been to just remove the coding and keep me as a customer since I didn't need their medical opinion on this issue. I was just letting them know. Instead they wanted the short $250 gain so I went somewhere else.
Always the best. Can't give perfect, was told by former boss many years ago only God can walk on water.
Service was quick, all people served me well and were kind. Everything was well explained and the Dr. was efficient and thorough.
The doctor is treating my condition aggressively. I appreciate this. The entire staff is welcoming and willing to answer any question.
