Iowa Eye Care

Our family came in need of new Eye Doctors so at the suggestion of a friend we gave Iowa Eye Care a shot. Everyone was very friendly and supportive and made sure me and my son felt comfortable the entire time. When we got to the sales part, Megan was amazing! She helped me find a great pair of glasses and made sure I knew about the sale going on so I was able to get sunglasses as well for a great price! If you get a chance to work with Megan you will not be disappointed!

I have been going here for about five years and never once did I have a good experience. They have lied to me about pricing on numerous occasions- which resulted in my being unable to afford my eyewear and/or groceries (the price wasn’t changed until I had already given them my card). I’ve never had a positive interaction with the receptionists- they always seem like they have somewhere better to be and couldn’t care less about the clients much less the job itself. I’m currently stuck wearing 5+ month old contacts because they refused to let me order new pairs and wouldn’t give me my prescription. Their behavior towards their clients is appalling and absolutely disgusting. Will be finding a new eye “doctor”, and I highly recommend you do so as well. Do not waste your time, energy, or money on this egregious company!

Dr. Kimberly Cruise and her staff are excellent at caring for my needs and communicating any concerns they may have. Highly recommended!

I have been a patient of Dr. Tom Anderson for many years now and really appreciate the kind and knowledgeable care that he provided me. Very sorry to hear that he is planning to retire soon. Maddy was the initial person that took all of the information and was very kind and precise.
