Beware of the up to 2 weeks to get glasses back. Im on 16 days and all they will tell me is "sorry nothing we can do". Definitely do not recommend this store on blairsferry. Workers are extremely disrespectful on phone as well. They could care less about there efficiency.
As a fellow optician who's worked for several opticals, I struggle having a perfect fitting, mainly because I cannot see with my glasses off and also for whatever reason I have a hard time adjusting my own glasses apposed to others glasses, and I've never had a colleague take me seriously while I've gotten an adjustment, I thought my spring hinge was done for, and I put in for me to have my frame warranty used and while I thought I was picking up, the gentleman with long hair was so kind and fixed them up and cared enough to make sure my nose pads were even and felt good. I appreciate that, truly. You guys even get to keep the frame that was ordered for me in your stock, he's an asset. You either get opticians who want you out of their face or you get ones who actually care. Please appreciate this young man. Thankyou!!
My eye exam appointment was just fine, they were very nice and accommodating. Ordering my glasses was easy because the sales clerks were just as nice. With that said, when I went to pick my glasses up, I wasn’t greeted when I entered, I wasn’t asked if I needed anything, and even though I was standing at the counter, the clerks helped several people who came in after me.
Had a very positive experience at Vision for less. Matthew was a great person to work with. Quick turnaround and my daughter is wearing her glasses after over a year of me trying to get her to pick a pair out (first time wearer). So happy Mom here!
Excellent service! So friendly & accommodating. I got bifocals and they were ready in 28 minutes!! Great discounts too especially if your military. Highly recommend Went back to get a pair of sunglasses. What a great buy fabulous service! Ready in 30 minutes... Can't beat this place
