Please educate your employees on the product you sell. And teach them some basic constomer service. We stopped in yesterday to pick up contacts. We've been buying contacts from Walmart for years, so this is nothing new. A pack of 12 (for just 1 eye) was $101. We questioned why the pack for dailies had gone up so ridiculously high, because that would be $16 a day for both eyes. Last year a set of 90 (so for both eyes) cost less than that. The snarky blonde gal with glasses (I want to say the name tag read Melissa, but I'm not sure) that was "assisting" us argued that, "That's just the world we live in." First of all, I work in hospitality, this is not how you speak to customers. Second, I've dealt with angry rude costomers before, we weren't even being angry, or even rude, just not overly polite. Come to find out, today when we went in to the South side Walmart, they informed us that the packs we bought were actually good for 14 DAYS. Not just 1. Not ONCE did the snarky blonde think to correct our misunderstanding of the contacts. She let us believe they were only good for one day and that prices actually multiplied by 500% in less than a year. Will be going to the Walmart on the Southside from here on out. They clearly are better educated than the ones up here and apologized on behalf of Blairsferry for letting us believe we were buying something we clearly were not.

Went in and got some glasses via my insurance. Paid $80 up front, which was the estimated cost with everything my insurance did or did not cover. Which seemed about right. This beat the $300 out of pocket I would of had to pay at a private practice for glasses that were not even cute. Anyway. It took 2 weeks to get my glasses about, went in, got them fitted and left. The service was great and the lady was super nice. But I got an additional bill in the mail 2 months later saying they did not collect enough of a copay/non covered charges.. But my insurance card and information has a print out of what my copay is and what they don't cover which was poly and anti glare ( I knew that because I buy glasses).. I was told the 80$ included those two things and my copays. I called my insurance and they confirmed all this information was available to Walmart vision at the time of purchase. It's a bit annoying because I was assured that was the cost of them. Now a WHOLE 2 months later I have an additional bill on something that should of been checked at the time of paying for the glasses when I was there. This is the first time this has ever happened to me (getting an additional bill/incorrect billing). I think they should be more transparent and double make sure before confirming the cost of the glasses.. I know how insurance works , it's per claim and coverage. But do not confirm that is the cost of the glasses if you are not 100% sure. Also the glasses seem to smear a lot when cleaning and are never 100% clear clean. Never had that issue before either. They are sturdy and fit great though. Other than that. I am satisfied. Still a decent cost.

I got my exam here in January and Sabrina and Brenda were absolutely FANTASTIC AND EFFICIENT! They also answered all of my questions, were super patient, and all around a great experience! I used to think lesser of Walmart vision but never again! Sabrina and Brenda have proved themselves very knowledgeable and GREAT customer service! I have since recommended them to everyone I meet that wears glasses, including my whole family! I absolutely love them!

Not a good experience while went for annual eye checkup.they took 8 weeks to deliver my glass. New glass deliver without any reading vision only with distance. How this could be bcz by default glass should include with all features. Once I got my new glass without any reading I went back wallmart vision and they said it will take 4weeks. Once I called after 4 weeks they said it will take 2 more weeks. Again when I called them they said I need to speak to insurance provider to cancel the insurance and to add new features like reading. I called my insurance provider to cancel my existing insurance to get my new glass with all features included in it. They consumes 8 weeks and it was really frustrating 😤. So I don't recommend it.

So I worked with Brenda to get my glasses ordered and she was a rock star very knowledgeable helpful and polite. She gets 5 stars but unfortunately when I picked them up I had to work with the manager Sabrina and she was rude seemed clueless and just all around a terrible person to work with. I am in sales and know good customer service and unfortunately Sabrina just didn’t care. Cannot believe they made that lady the manager.
