I’ve been coming to this office for 2 years now and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Strauss is always so professional and really cares about his patients—you can tell he puts us first. Tina is amazing too, always so helpful and kind. Everyone here makes you feel comfortable, and it’s always such a nice experience coming in.
My second time visiting this office. Staff were very professional and courteous. Dr. Nejat was very thorough and pleasant. All my questions were answered clearly and in terms I could understand. The wait was somewhat long but understandably so with the high volume of patients. Booked my yearly appointment with no issues. Provided prescriptions for glasses and contacts promptly. Nice clean and bright office. Highly recommend.
From the moment you walk into his office the administrative staff is ready to accommodate you. Also, his medical team is courteous and professional, which puts you at ease early on.
