I love the staff, and the providers are incredible. April Oatts, CRNP is a fantastic provider who takes the time to listen and show genuine care. I met with Patrice Williams, FNP for an urgent care matter and she was very kind and answered my questions on MyChart quickly too. The staff are quick and reliable. When I had an issue with my Rx insurance they were patient and helpful until we got it resolved. I feel lucky to live so close to this facility and knowing I can go to them whenever needed.

Dr Chelsea and CRNP April are truly the best! They are caring, friendly and get to the root of any problem our sons have had! We've been with Dr Chelsea for almost 5 years now. Our sons are in the best hands at this office!
I really feel comfortable talking to Dr. April Oats she is down to earth very helpful with her Patients. I am glad she is my Dr.
Dr. Goodier is the best primary care experience I’ve had in my adult life. After more than a decade with my previous primary care physician — where my concerns were minimized and a serious health issue was missed — I was hesitant to trust anyone new and spent a few years navigating my condition and multiple specialists on my own. I was overwhelmed by the time I made an appointment with Dr. Goodier. She listens and takes her time. She makes me feel seen, heard, and supported. I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed, and she’s helped me rebuild trust that I won’t be overlooked or dismissed. And has a sense of humor. I can’t overstate how much that means. I’m so grateful to have found a primary care physician.
I am still in disbelief as I sit here typing this review but it has to be done. I have been a patient of Dr. Goodier for a few years now and I called today to try and get my son in for a sick visit as they also see pediatric patients. The front desk told me “I need to go to the pharmacy, buy a home kit to test him for Flu/Covid and only IF it was negative, they could see him.” When I told them his symptoms and how high the fever was all they said was “we don’t want our staff or patients here getting contaminated.” Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. This is a place where people come to get treatment when sick and they denied my son care. I will be 100% reporting them.
