Hands down the best eye clinic I’ve visited! The front desk associate, Bren, went above and beyond when I called to schedule an appointment to ensure I was seen quickly and it helped me avoid waiting 4 months to be seen by a specialist. In person, she’s even more of a delight when I checked in. The clinic itself was clean and had super cute art. My intake exam was the easiest, most gentle eye exam EVER! No tears, no numb eyes, no dilated pupils, what bliss!!! The associate helping with the exam explained each test. This clinic has new technology that makes the tests far less uncomfortable than I thought possible. Dr. Jackson was extremely thorough, not just reviewing my results with me, but also going over eyeball education to help relieve problematic symptoms. He put together a care plan moving forward to address issues long term. How wonderful to find providers who care! My favorite part of the experience was that everyone who helped me had a good sense of humor and upbeat attitude. I could’ve stayed and talked to Bren all day!
