My company gave me a voucher to go here and get some prescription safety glasses. The reviews here concerned me but I have to say the lady who helped me was delightful. Awesome service and selection.I had a great experience and I'll definitely come back.

I didn’t believe the other reviews about the lady at the front desk…they were right. I walked in and asked if they had any availability for eye exams and she said they don’t do them. I politely told her that oh the website says they do so they might want to take that down and she literally rolled her eyes at me and answered me sarcastically thanks and then walked away from the desk while I was still standing there. I am absolutely stunned at her attitude. You won’t find the bare minimum of common courtesy at this place.
Have never been to this store. Was sent by someone else in old town. I had bought a pair of sunglasses online from a company in California and they need to be adjusted some. The company said take to any eyeglass place. So I walked into this place and literally told the lady “hello. I just bought these sunglasses from a company in California and they don’t fit right. They told me to take them to any eyeglass place to be adjusted. Is that something you’d be able to do here?” She picked them up, and said “sure. I’ll do that for you.” As she walked away I jokingly said “don’t break them” with what I thought was a joking manner and a smile on my face. She stopped and put them down and said “Nevermind.” I just kind of stared at her cause i wasn’t even sure what was happening. She stared back and I said “I was just joking.” She stared some more and said “think about everything you just said and take your glasses and leave.” I kind of just stood there in shock and picked up my glasses and said “ok” and turned around and left. I also had my 9 year old with me. As I walked out the lady called me an “asshole”. So I will never shop this store again. And if you happen to go in and run into this gem you better not make any jokes. Better yet don’t speak cause I’m not sure what I even said wrong.
The owner can have such an attitude. Snotty and dismissive. My family definitely won't be buying anymore pairs there.
ice been here a couple times and it is a super cute little store with very friendly employees.
