I been to Dr. Hoang for more than 20 years. I followed him from his previous location in International District. His current location there is better parking located behind the building. This staffing is familiar faces across the years. I always had positive experience with this clinic. I highly recommend him.

0 Star I wish I could give 0 star. Extremely disappointing experience. The lack of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable. I waited over an hour for the doctor to show up, and no one ever came. Eventually, I had to get up and leave because my time was completely wasted. During the entire wait, no one checked in on me, provided an update, or even offered something as simple as water. The front desk staff was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The way I was treated showed a complete lack of basic customer service, communication, and consideration for someone’s time. I understand that delays can happen, but there was absolutely no communication or effort to make the situation better. Overall, this was a frustrating and disrespectful experience. I would not recommend this place. They seriously need to improve their professionalism, communication, and customer service.

I do not recommend this place. They lack professionalism and do not respect your time. Few days ago, I walked in and noticed the front desk lady was calling so I waved and sat down. After she finished calling, neither her or the other employees at the front desk acknowledged me at all. I assumed they were busy, after 10 minutes I walked up and asked if I could get help. She tells me to sit down at the frames area. I sit there waiting for over 15 minutes. Then she asks me like I'm automatically supposed to know to ask the lady in that area for help. This isn't the first time something like this happened. Very unprofessional. The employees need a wake-up call.

This is my first time visiting the clinic. I found the receptionist very helpful and kind when I walked in. They are a very busy place and I can see why based on the level of service. I was fine to wait. They did check in on me, which I definitely appreciate it. The doctor was fantastic as were his staff. I’ll be coming back here for my eye care from now on. I found a cute set of new frames as well. Definitely affordable and reasonable.

Told me one week for a frame replacement when I went in and now saying it won’t be ready for 6-8 when I called , I explained without my glasses I’m blind and can’t drive. will never oder my glasses with them again
