I'm very pleased with this Walmart Supercenter. It has recently been refurbished, and it is absolutely immaculate inside. Everything is organized. I needed to gather some materials because I'm relocating back to Georgia, so I grabbed a queen-size air mattress, sheets, a shower curtain, and all the bathroom necessities. A great experience was had. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes

They allow everyone to bring in their pets. I rolled the shopping cart through dog poop in the toy aisle. I don’t expect to have to look for dog poop in a store that sells food but yet in this store it’s common. They need to follow health codes and keep all but service dogs out! A true service dog is highly trained and does NOT ride in shopping carts or poop and pee in stores.
Been to many Walmarts around the country. Found this one, what I would call fully staffed. Many associates were ready to help me find my way in a new store. Was surprised at their versatility in merchandise. Bought a Ukulele tuner among other items. It’s an A store in my experience.
Your bathrooms smell like sewers and the person who gives dispatch orders to people literally has a bunch of old individuals who literally take over an hour to get the merchandise to the delivery vehicle and then you blamed the drivers and I watched this numerous times while I sat there waiting for the orders to be given to me You then became hostile and aggressive and said you were reporting me I didn't do anything wrong In fact I was just helping him I didn't want him unloading all of those groceries just to have to reload everything back in those carts because you all as his co-workers were not helping him You saw that that older gentleman had 12 plus crates loaded with turkeys for the holiday and was struggling to push them instead of blaming me when I didn't want him putting orders that were no longer assigned to me in my vehicle to help you guys and I was very cordial you came out and started attacking me your guys's Walmart needs a new head of operations for your orders that get assigned to people coming to pick them up for delivery. The cruelty that I was shown and given all because of a glitch on your guys's end is absolutely astounding I was perfectly cordial also you do realize that everyone has not been doing these since it first came out some of us are new drivers and new delivery people I literally do this in my free time to help disabled individuals That is my goal in the daytime I work at a hospital your treatment of a customer and of a delivery personnel was absolutely unacceptable You should not be in a position of management if you're going to bully others.
I purchased an electric can opener few days ago, when I opened it, it had clearly been used and brought back by someone, as it had dried food all over it. Just nasty. Yes I definitely took back, making sure they knew it had been used and had dried food on it. I did ask the lady to not put thos back on shelf to sale again. This is not the first issue I have had with this location. Canned biscuits were gray and very heavy when I opened the can. The can did not pop open when paper taken off, I had to take a knife to the slit to open, and no they were not outdated, I had just purchased. Milk has soured way before expiration date numerous times. I am not sure why the Browns Mill location is so poorly managed, but maybe a new manager is needed!!! I realize nothing is 100%, but rotten food should be discarded and items brought back from a previous purchase should definitely be inspected before putting back on the shelf to sale. Greed!!!!!! I have started shopping at other stores in this area. I might have to pay a little more, but when you get rotten food and have to throw it out, paying a little more is fine. I had purchased for my great nephew that is in another state, a shirt and pants and needed to exchange for larger size, and I had my ticket but was told it was past return period and they could give me what price is now. Shirt and pants I paid $6.98 each, but was going to get .50 cents for the shirt and $2.00 for the pants. I chose to not allow Walmart to rip me off and told the lady in customer service I would donate, as some little boy somewhere would be glad to get. Shame on you Walmart for being so Greedy.
