I couldn't say enough good things about this eye care service! Receptionist was attentive and considerate and Peggy was pleasant to interact with. Dr Bridgette is very personable and did a thorough job explaining what was going on with my eyes. I highly recommend this place!
I absolutely loved this practice. From walking in to walking out. Pleasant, kind, attentive, quick, explained things, helpful. I felt comfortable and thoroughly cared for. I’m sure I could have paid less for frames and lens at larger establishments but the customer service experience was worth the premium.
Jarrettsville Family Eye Care is wonderful. Dr. Connorton is very knowledgeable, thorough, and simply a wonderful person to interact with. In fact, all of the staff are a joy, even for those "first thing in the morning" appointments! They are very helpful with billing and the tech staff for glasses are knowledgeable from both the medical and fashion side of things. I can't recommend them highly enough. And the fact that they are right around the corner from home is just icing on the cake!
Dr Connorton is the best Eyecare specialist I have been to. She explains everything very clearly and the whole team is very welcoming and friendly.

Eye exams are thorough with attention paid to identifying early signs of eye disease and potential treatments. Determining the proper prescription for glasses or lenses is swift and straightforward, as is the process of selecting new glass frames when needed. All around, this is a great group of professionals who provide the highest quality service.
