There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to be a patient of Dr. McConkey. Her attention to detail, passion for this field, and dedication to her patients is amazing. She's gone above and beyond to not only understand my extensive medical history, but also takes the time to address all of my concerns during each visit, and can individualize a treatment plan in the blink of an eye (she is incredibly efficient). Dr. McConkey is personable, witty, and an all-around wonderful person with a smile that can light the darkest room! In my dry eye journey with Dr. McConkey, I've been fortunate enough to have experienced Rinsada through her recommendation. She did Rinsada for me when I was having a flare in my eye allergies and that was the refresh my eyes needed to help relieve the irritation. Nothing that close to your eye is ever comfortable, but she was done with both of my eyes in no time at all. Dr. McConkey's team is one worth mentioning, as well. The level of care, consideration, and compassion that I've experienced each and every time that I've visited is remarkable - from the moment I walk through the front door to the moment I am walking out the door, all I've ever experienced was kindness and warmth. As someone who has suffered from significant dry eye and severe eye allergies for almost 2 years now, with Dr. McConkey's expertise, I've regained my quality of life and finally found genuine relief. I give all my praise and respect to Dr. McConkey, and could not recommend her more!

Superb experience! After being dismissed by two ophthalmologists (none of whom even did a Shirmers) McConkey did a full evaluation with many tests and a complete treatment plan! I have NEVER had any type of physician show so much care!
