Being on time doing what they say, they're going to do charging what they say, they'll charge. No up charges, no penalties, no spikes, no nothing like that. Doctor in the staff here at the Jasper eye center I’ve done a very good job for me so far. This is only my third visit I believe but so far I have an impressed. The eye exam and the retinal exam we’re all well done or seems to be. The doctor sat down, showing me the pictures that were taken and explaining everything into tail as to what the pictures indicated about the health of my eyes. They were interested if I had any questions. Which I did and they answered. Although I’ve just begun using, I think that I will continue

Jasper Eye Associates is run like a well oiled machine - each person there understands their assignment! And Dr. Darby is an absolute jewel! I always go in with questions, but never get to ask them because she beats me to it - her knowledge and excellent communication skills are impressive. I love getting to see pictures of my eyes and comparing the images from this year to images from years past. So cool. This is one of the few medical appointments I actually look forward to.

BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR INVOICE! We’ve used them for a while now and until recently have been pleased as it was conveniently located and they accepted our insurance. Recently my husband purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses (after already purchasing designer brand regular glasses). We were charged twice for the lens material (at least that’s what they said it was for). And when we brought it to their attention they simply said well that’s how the software does it. I’m so sorry but that’s unacceptable. Why should we pay twice because you can’t work your software?? Every other item on the invoice was charged once. This one was charged twice using exact same code and it even says pair under it. He only bought one pair of glasses. It’s not so much the money it’s the complete lack of care the staff expressed. When we said her explanation didn’t make sense she simply said well you agreed to it when you ordered. Actually no we didn’t receive the itemized statement until AFTER we paid the 50% down payment. At this point trust has been lost so we will find another provider. So in short if you go here, always ask for an itemized bill before agreeing or paying anything.

Had to switch eye doctors due to an insurance change. And with a friend's recommendation, we landed at Jasper Eye Assoc. Took the kids this morning and couldn't be more pleased. Very professional, prompt service, and thorough exam for both of them. Thank you!!
