Both exams and glasses are handled here — exam rooms and an optical shop share the same address. Very impressed by the staff at this Jasper location. They took the time to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and needed. They worked through all the insurance for me and guided me through the whole process. I would 100% recommend them to any of my friends or family.
My insurance is accepted at every Walmart except for the one in Jasper, GA. I went there to purchase my glasses and they told me my insurance could not be used...called the Canton store while I was still there and the man at Jasper would not talk to them to learn how to look up my insurance and stated that they did not know what they were talking about. Very rude with zero customer service skills. Drove to Canton purchased my glasses using my insurance and had a wonderful experience with Laurie (Optician). Will never go to Jasper Vision Center again.

Very unsatisfied. Bought a $395 pair of glasses. I can’t see out of them. Same prescriptions as my old scratched lenses. I can see better out of my old pair. They only say they can’t understand why but say we could “try” a different lense for 100 bucks more. Appears they really don’t care. Would not recommend.
Fixed my broken glasses for free! They were so friendly and welcoming! Would definitely recommend using them in the future!
