I've been a patient of Dr. Wynn for 20 years. He is an excellent optometrist and personable. His office staff is always friendly and helpful with questions. They do not pressure you into buying the most expensive frames and guarantee any frame purchases from them for a year.
Dr. Wynn is such a great Dr. and a nice person. He makes you feel comfortable and prioritizes your eye health. Also his office staff is very friendly and professional.
Dr. Wynn and his staff offered top tier care. I’m the type of person that can barely manage to put eye drops in, so my eye care has probably been a decade or two overdue. I felt welcomed and extremely comfortable in his office. He was so personable, it was like having a casual conversation with family. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. My lack of prior care wasn’t judged or criticized, and I didn’t feel pressured into paying for glasses. I hands down recommend Dr. Wynn if you’re looking for an easygoing and professional experience.
When I had to have a recheck for my prescription, Dr. Wynn was very methodical and really showed concern at making my prescription right. Although the recheck showed the same results as the original prescription, he still took the time to walk me through next steps. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wynn’s practice to anyone needing eye care.
We've been going here for years as a family. We always get great service and Dr. Wynn wants to make sure your glasses or contacts fit and are right for you. If you've got concerns about insurance coverage for services or glasses/contacts, ask your questions and he will answer those questions. Work with him and he'll work with you.
