This was my husband's first visit with Dr Justin Kraushaar. He was so impressed with the amount of time he spent asking about his history in order to give him the best options of care. Dr K seems very knowledgeable, as my husband has a rare eye issue. We were especially appreciative of the fact that there are no surprise costs. The office was very up front with the charges prior to the exam, and Dr Kraushaar tried to give him the most affordable options without compromising his care. He is very personable, down to earth, and was willing to answer all of our questions. We would definitely recommend Dr K to anyone who wants a thorough exam, with a Dr who truly wants to help you.
I also have to acknowledge the office staff, who were very friendly and so accommodating, which says a lot about the practice. Karen is very pleasant and addressed my insurance concerns clearly, without making me feel like I was a bother. I was told I would receive a phone call regarding price options on replacing a contact lens, and Karen promptly called the same day.
We're very happy we found Dr K.
