I had an excellent experience with the eye doctor at LensCrafters. I have astigmatism, and finding the right contact lenses was not easy. After multiple fittings and several different lens trials, she remained incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and committed to helping me find the perfect solution. Dr. Malik took the time to listen to my concerns, made thoughtful adjustments, and never rushed the process. Thanks to her persistence and expertise, we finally found the perfect fit and I can see clearly again! I am so grateful for her dedication and care throughout the entire experience. Thank you for not giving up until we got it right. I highly recommend her to anyone struggling to find the right lenses.

Dr. Malik did a fantastic job today for my routine eye exam. She was very thorough, attentive, and took the time to explain everything. The staff were very friendly. I was also very impressed with all the equipment used in the pre-testing. I definitely recommend her!

Dr. Malik is one of the best eye doctors I’ve ever visited. I’ve been wearing contact lenses since I was 13, so I’ve seen many specialists over the years — and this experience truly stood out. She took the time to thoroughly examine my eyes, explain everything clearly, and make all the necessary adjustments with patience and care. She made the usual “Which one is better, this one or this one?” process so much easier and stress-free. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. My vision is now the best it can possibly be. I highly recommend her!

I started coming to Total Vision Care last year and both of my annual eye exams were nothing short of exceptional. The staff were proficient, friendly, and accomodating. I like that they now offer the option to complete intake forms online before arriving to the office It really streamlined the entire experience and I barely had to wait. As soon as I checked in, one of the technicians ran some eye tests on me before I saw the doctor. The equipment is state-of-the-art and made me feel more comfortable and confident about my eye exam. I am also impressed that I did not have to be dilated and instead had pictures taken of my retina. I was evaluated by Dr. Malik both times I was there and I love her! She is very personable and is always very thorough. I never feel intimidated to ask her questions. If you are thinking twice about booking here, definitely do not hesitate to book. I highly recommend Total Vision Care!!

Really positive experience overall. The office confirmed my appointment ahead of time and reviewed my copay before the visit, which made everything smooth. The exam was pretty thorough and the doctor took her time. I tried contacts for the first time and they were rly patient with finding the correct fit. I rarely have a good time with the eye doctor but these people were truly great
