This doctor is unethical and irresponsible. He is wrong in all ways( technical, ethical and legal). He told me I might have glaucoma and also provided a wrong lens prescription for eye glasses. After his wrong diagnosis, I went through lots of mental stress over my possibility of glaucoma, which never existed in our family. My family doctor suggested to seek a second opinion so I went to another eye doctor and did another full eye exam. The new doctor neither found glaucoma nor weakness in my eyes. I went through a third eye doctor and surgeon for a third opinion and the third doctor also did not find any thing wrong with my eyes ( no glaucoma or high eye pressure at all) . All new eye doctors agreed that the first doctor ( Samuel doctors) were wrong and also provided inaccurate lens proscription. this doctor not only did not provide an ethical service, he also billed my insurance for services he did not communicate to me and tried to collect those charges back door ( double dipping) .. I strongly do not recommend this so called doctor. Try Walmart eye doctors ( they are much cheaper and better) ..

This is not your ideal clinic if you are looking for a sympathetic doctor/surgeon who cares to listen and provide services. They would keep rushing you to the next patient. They seem busy with elderlies who went through some surgery. If you have a question about your test result, they would not spend time to explain things, or provide course of actions plan and etc. I am new on the island and needed a simple eye exam and it didnt went as well as the quality of service I used to get in the mainland. Just be cautious of that! Also, very difficult place to find! Spent 1 hour to look for the place!There is not Google friendly address and if you are new to the island, you will be searching for hours to find the place! Called the front desk and she mentioned the office is not in the mall! No specific direction to find the location easily! She also didn’t mention the floor number and unit number! I assume locals are his client and the service is not really good! No water in office to purchase or use after a long search to find the office! Wouldn’t recommend!

This is for my wife who had a horrible cataract operation with Dr Lo. He messed up on removing the old lens and now she cannot pass the driver's license eye exam and is virtually blind in the left eye. No apologies, no "sorry" just pay the many as if it was a success. Our Dr in Tacoma forbad us to see him again.

Had an emergency walk in, they stayed open for me - the team was incredibly supportive and nice as well as fiscally concerned and helpful discussing reimbursement options for insurance, Jonathan was a great doctor! Do recommend this team
