Known to be one of the best, I was very disappointed by how the staff dealt with patients and by the tardiness of the doctors esp Himani Goyal MD. I had to wait for sooo long and then the patient who checked in an hour after me was taken in as she was making fuss about her being late for a meeting while I was very patient. On top of it when I asked the staff instead of apologizing or saying yes we did a mistake. They tried to cover it up with illogical reasoning. The staff didnt even know how to deal in this situation. When I saw the doc, she herself was so exhausted that she didn't know what to say. Why are they putting more burden than the doctors can handle. Less patients would be ideal looking at the capacity of the doctor. I just dont have words of how uncomfortable and pathetic I felt by waiting for 3 to 4hours without a definite answer and then you see another patient being called in instead of you. I told the staff to waive off my valet parking fee which came out to be $50 because of me waiting for so long. They said NO flat on my face as they dont have any connections with the parking authority. Seriously, this absurd behavior is making me think how would the patients who are in urgent need would be treated here where nobody cares... they owe me a written apology

Clean office and Dr Goodall was very friendly and professional, but the rest of the experience was awful. I was told to get a CT and an appointment was scheduled for me. Insurance denied the claim and when I reached out to this office I never received a helpful response. I tried 5 times to schedule a follow up appointment and was repeatedly told the office was clearing things with my insurance and that they would reach out to me to schedule an appointment and CT. They never did and would not return messages or calls. I was able to speak with someone helpful about once and even then never received a follow up. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable, I would warn anyone to stay away from this office as the administration clearly doesn't care about patients even the slightest. I would report this office if I was able. Very unfortunate because Dr Goodall seemed like she was going to be able to help me and I would've liked to be a returning patient.

I have been A patientof Dr. Suryanarayan,Anand for 39 years,and I could not be more grateful that our paths crossed. He is trulty an exceptional gastrenterologist -compassionatw,patient,and alway willing to listen. His professionalism and medical skills have given me confidence and comfort throughout the years. What stands out most is his genuine care for his patient.He never rushes,always takes takes the timeto explains,and makes you feel valued and heard. Finding a doctor who combines such expertise with kindnessis rare,and i feel blessed to have hadhim as my doctor for so long. I highly recommend Dr.suryanarayan,Anand tp anyone seeking outstanding medica care.

I tried to get my IUD here and was told the turn around would be 7-10 days from the initial consultation. I ended up waiting TWO MONTHS with no word from from the doctor. I called multiple times with little to no help. The final time I called, I was told my doctor was now on maternity leave and the woman on the phone laughed when I shared my situation. I have PMDD and my IUD is expired, I need it changed. They were so rude and incompetent. Do you not go here if you need ONGYN care.

I had really good experience. All the staff was very compassionate. Even those that were not treating me directly. I usually ask a lot of questions about medications the nurse called a doctor specifically for me to ask any questions I had. Everyone I came in contact with took their time to listen. I didn't feel like I was rushed. They address my concerns and run test to make sure I can manage until my doctor's appointment giving me pain relief medicine.
