Absolutely wonderful, cannot praise them enough. My Dr. And his surgical staff were top notch. Went above and beyond and took fantastic care of me.

I had a surgery appointment scheduled for at least 4 months for this procedure…they refused to give me a time & only the date of my appointment…very weird. An entire 10 days before my appointment they called me everyday to confirm I called them back & left 3 messages to confirm & sent a confirmation via text response to confirm—they never replied. I called JPS scheduling 24 hours before my appointment date to get a time for my appointment since they refused to be accountable & professional with a time & confirmation. The day of my surgery they cancelled my appointment & tried to gaslight me saying I never confirmed—this is my third attempt trying to schedule this procedure in almost a year….each time they lack accountability & just blindly cancel appointments. I no longer trust this location in good faith to do a professional job…Martha repeatedly argued back & forth with me over the phone saying I was lying & tried to gaslight me instead of providing resolve, being professional & just offering an appointment time. The manager Luke was just more of the same…lack of accountability, gaslighting, unprofessional & then refused to see me…which I was going to ask to cancel with this location due to the lack of professionalism & loss of trust in their abilities. Please hire competent staff that respects patients time & medical needs. I actively sought out this surgery for over a year & took off time from work & cleared my schedule…why would I lie about confirming or not show up? It’s just weirdo vibes for the staff to even try to be argumentative or combative over this.

Got my surgery two days ago, the staffs from front desk, the nurses, and the doctors,were very professional, kind and friendly. Clean environment, great location.

So the staff was very Rude, Never let me go back to see my family member like everyone else was able to do after surgery procedure. They lied and said he declined, He stated he asked where I was and he was told I declined, Savanna at front desk said they told me to go get my car instructions in folder, oh okay is this a new protocol or what ? Since when Did the family not get instructions on after care

Dr. Baradia is really amazing so is his team of nurses and other staff members if there were 10 stars i would give it
