Went in to order new glasses for my husband and I. Shigetta Roblow assisted us on picking frames and lenses. At the point of paying, we had card issues with my Carecredit card from Synchrony Bank. It was declined because Synchrony says it's only good for medical. Duh! What is eyecare???Long story short, Shigetta stayed with me while we waited a long time for a resolution that never came through. Synchrony bank disconnected the call after awhile and we were being very patient and professional. In the end, I paid using another form of payment. Carecredit with Synchrony Bank is AWFUL!

Alycia and her employees are so sweet and knowledgeable. They help fix nose pads and wonky frames with a smile. I've gone to this place for glasses for years and love the atmosphere. Highly recommended

The girl who helped me was very helpful and patient helping me choose the correct frames. I wanted purple frames and she pulled a lot of different styles in purple and would tell me if she thought they were too large for my face. I think she gave excellent service.

She found a frame to fit my current lenses after I broke the ear piece off the old glasses. Super nice and friendly. Thank goodness she was there to help me on a Saturday.

Ellen went above and beyond to help my daughter with her contacts, and also helped my mom with her eye glasses. She was so kind and caring even though it was just before her break.
