Front desk staff does not seem to want to be there. Very indifferent. Felt like I was an inconvenience. Picked up glasses today ($480) and had no fitting. They gave me a leftover eyeglass case they had on shelf. I’m sorry, no not really, but I’ve been to several eye care places in my life and always left with a nice eyeglass case and a small bottle of eyeglass cleaner with cleaning cloth. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED with this place.

Good experience. Everyone is nice and professional. Dr.King was very fast, proficient, & knows her stuff. Although I didn’t purchase glasses here, my prescription was A1! I can see clearly now, thanks Dr.King!
First, Dr King, you and I go back a couple years. You have been very good to me. So I’m sorry you are included in this post. While in the hospital after surgery, I went to take my glasses off and the ear part just past the hinge broke make the rest to fall. Pick them up and there is a tiny indent on one lens. I called the store when I got home and I was told to come in but do not glue the frame or it forfeits the warranty. Great. Went the next day. The two girls looked at the glasses apparently if they broke here, here or here they were covered. Lens repair or replace…nope. They said they could order me the same ones or the other store had them but in darker colors but they will cost me and I had to buy another lens. What about the warranty??? Each of the girls made it a point to tell me how I need to be careful with my glasses. Several times I might add. I finally said “ it’s not like I have over $500 to just waste. I treat them like gold.” Now, I know I was fresh out of the hospital and dealing with that but I needed glasses that would stay on my face and barely holding on with tape. I got in my car and cried. The way they treated me made me feel like I was being scolded for the frame breaking. Or the replacement was coming out of their pocket. I went and found a new place who treated me like me being there mattered. I got two pairs of glasses for the same cost of one here. I also have a warrantee on both, eye glass cases for both, two lens cleaners cloth and cleaner spray. And the topping on the cake…while trying to scan the lens to check the prescription I was told I was not measured correctly because the reading part of my tri focals was barely there. Girls, try to remember that each person who walks through that door contributes to your pay check. Sorry Dr. King but I won’t come back.
