First off, Dr. Narbone is absolutely wonderful. I work with children and have referred many families to her office. However my issue lies with the front desk staff and lack of emergency appointments. I expressed that my eyes are having a major change and I am seeing spots and vision doubles (my next scheduled apt is in November). I called last week and spoke to someone in the office and she said “well ya .. there’s no apt. So you can come in at the end of October, but that’s it.) She had no compassion and I find it hard to believe there are no emergency apts. I love the Dr but what good is an amazing Dr when you can’t get in to see her when you’re having a major eye issue. Very Disappointing!!
