Waited over 30 minutes just to buy a toothbrush because it was locked in a case. I asked at least four different employees for help. One sent me to customer service, customer service said they didn’t have a key and made an announcement, and nobody came. After waiting another 10 minutes, I asked another employee who told me she was off the clock and didn’t have her key. After more than 30 minutes, a manager finally showed up, unlocked the case, and then followed me to self-checkout as if I was going to steal the toothbrush. If that much effort was put into helping customers instead of monitoring them after the fact, the experience would have been much better. Locking items up is one thing, but making customers wait over half an hour and bounce between multiple employees for a basic necessity is ridiculous.

We have been getting Walmart delivery for a while now. And multiple times we have added stuff to our cart and it's not delivered or even listed on the order later. And a lot of things are out of stock meaning we have to go to the store anyway. So it's not useful anymore. When they tell me things are out of stock they still show as avaliable for delivery from the store online. Produce delivered is always old and sometimes even has mold. They haven't had a ton of things in stock for weeks with 0 explanation relayed to customers. I used to rave about this service but now it's just a waste of $.

Apparently they are remodeling. Very unorganized. Bathrooms were filthy. Toilets were full of feces. Trash on floor. ZIploc bags were by electronics. Waited in long time in check out to be told their scale was not working so we could not purchase our fruit. Conveyor was broken at cash register. Regret stopping here.

April was amazing, helped us in electronics. Then we got charged more for what the product was an she was there to help make sure we got the right price. She's amazing an actually cared about us customers. Definitely need more employees like her. Thanks April ♥️
